You’re also putting unhealthy stuff into your body that can cause havoc for more than just your skin. Drinking and smoking also do bad things to your body, and they might also be messing your skin up. Smoking is definitely a culprit when it comes to adult acne. Changing bad habits, like smoking, not only will help you beat acne, but it might help you live a longer and healthier life all around.
